New maintenance release for DataEase 7.1

As part of our continuing improvement programme a new maintenance release for DataEase 7.1 is now available. With a list of over 100 problems being addressed, the latest version will take users of DataEase 7.0 or 7.1 (release 7.228.0) to version 7.1.311.0.
